Bread & Olive Cafe, Lookout Point Ampang-Hulu Langat Highway

Last Sunday evening, we took a short trip to Lookout Point, located along the Ampang-Hulu Langat Highway. The journey from SS2 PJ took about 1 hour, without any major traffic jam.

We had a 4-course alfresco dining on the hilltop overlooking KL city.

Starter 1- Quite a heavy one, Fatayer @ RM15.00 only, the Arabian pizza with 4 types of fillings - beef, chicken, goat's cheese and vegetables plus spicy topping in the middle.

Starter 2 - Chicken Kebab @ RM25.00, a bit pricy but the naan/bread is soft and tender. However the grilled chicken cutlets were a bit too cooked and dry.

Main dish - Lamb Shank @ RM29.00, which is very succulent and tender. The gravy is smooth and tasty. Must try!

Dessert - Tiramisu @ RM12.00, quite a big portion of chiffon cake with mascaporne cheese served in a wine glass...so tempting, right?

And lastly, a complimentary night view of KL city. Can you spot KLCC and KL Tower?

Wonder where is SS2..

Here is the arch at the uphill entrance to the cafe.

And lastly the map to the cafe...hope this will help.

The address is

No. 7 Lot Perniagaan Kompleks Pelancongan, Menara Tinjau, Jalan Ampang Hulu Langat, 68000 Ampang, Selangor.

O tanoshimi ni narimasu! (Enjoy)
